If a group of 1-4 occupies the top level of the house, then the bottom floor remains unoccupied. Protected swimming and snorkeling areas with lifeguards line the Hilo Bay. Beaches are located just across the road from the house. The road in front is a residential street, not a busy highway, that dead-ends a block beyond this house. High speed cable Internet access.
